Implementation/Operational Planning

Services that assist the agency in developing an operational plan to implement the strategic planning objectives and goals. Services and deliverables may include technical and administrative assistance in all phases of the planning process, including plans for systems analysis, design, development, construction and implementation, and test plans; hardware, software, and telecommunications plans; risk analysis, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and management planning; and facilitated workshops to train agency personnel to perform these activities and to evaluate the outcome of the planning process. top
