June 16, 2005 Robert A. Scopatz, Ph.D., current President of the Association of Transportation Safety Information Professionals (www.atsip.org) invites you to join us at the 2005 International Forum on Traffic Records & Highway Information Systems (the Traffic Records Forum), July 31 – August 4, at the Adam’s Mark in Buffalo, NY.
